The CAWO SE intensifying screens, for use with blue-sensitive X-ray films, are suitable for a
wide range of applications. Containing phosphor materials based upon rare earths, they make it possible to use low doses of radiation to obtain X-ray exposures with high perceptibility. Their strong
protective coating makes them extremely durable.
Blue-emitting CAWO intensifying screens are available in all common film sizes and in four speed classes.
• CAWO SE 2 *subject to prior sale*
• CAWO SE 4
• CAWO SE 8 *subject to prior sale*
In addition, CAWO also produces intensifying screens using the conventional phosphor
material calcium tungstate. These screens are suitable for most applications in everyday
radiography. They are available in two speed classes.
